"Loving heARTS" Film Festival

The sisters of Chi Delta Theta, Delta Chapter are having their first ever Loving heARTS Film Fest April 15th!


The night will include screenings of Valerie Soe and Russell Jeung's "The Oak Park Story" and Hearts Without Boundaries' "Davik Teng's Story: Hole in her Heart." Each of the screenings depict how the power of unity can make a difference in the world. Come join us as we Help Evoke Awareness to Revive Togetherness through the arts. 

Guest appearances: 
Directors of "The Oak Park Story"- Valerie Soe & Russell Jeung
Heart Without Boundaries' President/ Founder- Peter Chhun

Short descriptions:
The Oak Park Story recounts the journeys of three families--from Cambodia, Mexico, and California--who band together at a run-down slum in Oakland CA and their journey through a landmark settlement against their landlord.

Hearts Without Boundaries is a non-profit organization which was established to provide humanitarian services such as volunteer medical services mainly in Cambodia and other areas in Southeast Asia. "Davik Teng's Story: Hole in her Heart" shows how Hearts Without Boundaries helped save her life through the generosity of others. 

**currently Hearts Without Boundaries is in the process of helping 2-year old Socheat Nha. They are still in need of $5,000 in funding and we would like to help them as much as we can. Please help spread the word!

We will be selling raffle tickets for great prizes!
100% of the proceeds from our raffles will go to Hearts without Boundaries.
